property management as well as architectural and design services. With over 40 years of
experience in the property business in both the U.K. and Antigua, we emphasize efficiency
and superior service that goes beyond the typical laid-back Caribbean style.

December to May, but properties are also available during the summer months, often at more affordable prices.

A brief history of Duffy & Company

Founded in the U.K. in 1973, Duffy & Company has a rich history and continues to operate in Sussex. John Duffy MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor, originally came to Antigua for sailing, where he achieved success competing in Antigua Sailing Week. In 2005, John and his wife, Lindsay, made Antigua their home.

In 2021, John made the courageous decision to establish Duffy & Company in Antigua, coinciding almost 48 years after he founded the company in the U.K. Sadly, John passed away in late 2023 after a brief battle with cancer.

Following John’s passing, Colin Baldwin and Helen Pearce acquired the company, bringing together over 45 years of combined experience in Property Development and Property Management. With a solid history of owning and managing commercial and residential
properties in the UK over the past 30 years, they are honoured to take directorship of Duffy & Company and are committed to building upon the outstanding legacy established by John Duffy.

  • Amazing stay! Hosts greeted us and gave excellent local recommendations. Place was clean, recently renovated, well stocked, plenty of towels, linens, and beach towels. We stayed as a family of 5 with 3 kids and there was enough space for everyone to spread out. Board games kept the kids busy after the beach. Location is super convenient for the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Area is safe and walkable. Great value for money!
